Krista Nelson Joins Stokes Lawrence's Employment Practice

Stokes Lawrence is pleased to announce that Krista Nelson has joined the firm’s Employment group. She comes to the firm from Sebris Busto James, where she represented employers in a wide range of matters including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and disability claims.

Krista advises clients on a variety of labor and employment issues. She investigates workplace concerns, drafts employee contracts and handbooks, reviews human resource policies, and counsels parties on agreements and other employment decisions.

“Krista is a wonderful addition to our Employment practice. Her experience fits well with the backgrounds of our current team,” said Managing Shareholder Kelly Noonan.
