Stokes Lawrence is proud to announce that it has been named a finalist in the Puget Sound Business Journal’s "Washington’s Best Workplaces."

The firm was chosen from more than 300 businesses that were nominated for this distinction. Once nominated, company employees were invited to participate in a survey where they ranked their organization on categories such as company leadership, company culture, professional advancement opportunities, clear communication and benefits. Survey results were then tallied and companies were ranked based on their scores.

"We are honored to receive this recognition," said Managing Shareholder Kelly Twiss Noonan. "We work hard to develop a culture where all of our employees feel respected and valued."

The businesses named as "Washington’s Best Workplaces" share similar traits in a number of areas, including lower turnover rates and higher employee production.

Finalists will be featured in the August 9 edition of the Puget Sound Business Journal and recognized at an awards ceremony at Safeco Field on August 8. Read More
