Sean Worley will teach at three G.S. Long Company Winter Ag Academy meetings sponsored by Heritage University, Washington Farm Labor Association (WAFLA) and the Washington State Department of Agriculture.
Sean is a litigator in our Yakima office and represents private and municipal employers in labor and employment matters. Sean represents employers before state and federal agencies on matters involving wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, wage and hour issues (including class action defense),whistleblower conduct, breach of contract, non-competition, FMLA, ADA/WLAD, as well as matters involving unions and collective bargaining.
Sean will present "Navigating Leave Issues" during the following grower's meetings:
