Stokes Lawrence is Pleased to Announce Four Attorneys Have Been Promoted to Shareholder

Stokes Lawrence is pleased to announce four attorneys have been promoted. Brett MacIntyre, Patrick Shirey, Claire Taylor and Alison Warden have joined the firm’s shareholder ranks.

Brett is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice where he represents individuals and businesses with civil litigation matters, focusing on aviation law, product liability, insurance coverage, and business and commercial matters.

Patrick’s practice focuses on estate planning, trust and estate administration and litigation, and elder law. He also represents businesses in transactional matters, as well as nonprofits, such as the Diocese of Yakima and Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Yakima.

Claire is a member of the firm’s Financial Services practice where she assists creditors and businesses with protecting and enforcing their rights in bankruptcy, enforcing promissory notes and guarantees, foreclosures, receiverships, workout negotiations and restructurings. She also assists in other business litigation, including but not limited to contract, collection, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes.

Alison's practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and estate and gift taxation. She representing a broad range of clients, including young families embarking on their first estate plans, artists and musicians planning for their unique assets, individual and corporate fiduciaries in estate and probate disputes, and multigenerational families in need of comprehensive business succession and estate tax planning.
