Stokes Lawrence Welcomes Four Lawyers to the Firm

Stokes Lawrence is pleased to announce that four new attorneys have joined the firm.

Molly Terwilliger joins the firm as of counsel. She previously worked at Yarmuth LLP, where she focused on intellectual property, employment and other complex commercial litigation matters. An experienced litigator, she manages all areas of the litigation process, including pre-litigation investigation and negotiation. She has represented clients in state, federal and appellate courts, mediations, and arbitrations. Before moving to private practice, Molly clerked for Hon. Marsha J. Pechman of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington and Hon. Barbara Durham, Chief Justice, Washington Supreme Court. She earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she graduated cum laude, and her B.A. from Northwestern University.

Maricarmen Perez-Vargas is joining the firm as an associate, where she assists clients with employment and general litigation matters, including discrimination, contracts, torts, and appellate matters. Prior to joining Stokes Lawrence, she was an associate in the Labor & Employment practice at K&L Gates. In addition to her employment and litigation practice, Maricarmen has an active pro bono practice, where she has represented clients in asylum hearings and advised nonprofit organizations on employment matters. She earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, and her B.S. from Arizona State University.

Nathan Duletzke is also joining the firm as an associate in the Litigation practice, where he assists clients with complex commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining the firm, he was a member of the technology transactions and privacy group. He earned his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Oregon. Prior to joining the firm, Nathan was a member of the technology transactions and privacy group at Perkins Coie LLP.

Steven Matyas joins the firm as an associate in our Estate Planning and Administration practice. Steven advises individuals and families in order to protect and transfer wealth through estate planning. He also represents fiduciaries in trust and estate administration. He earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, and his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at Curran Law Firm, P.S.
