We are seeking an experienced assistant who will provide confidential support to busy administrative/executive personnel, primarily in Human Resources. The HR/Executive Assistant is responsible for processing information with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Duties include, but are not limited to, payroll and benefits administration, assisting with recruiting and staffing, employee orientation, employee file maintenance, scheduling firm meetings and events, mail screening , travel coordination, distribution of oral and written information, committee support, special projects and general support of firm management. We are looking for someone with prior experience in administrative support, preferably in a law firm setting. The position reports to the firm’s Human Resources Manager, Managing Shareholder, and CFO.
We are seeking an experienced accounting assistant to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will have experience in trust accounting, AP, AR, billings, collections, and reporting. Superior attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills are required. Prior law firm experience is a plus. This position reports to the firm’s CFO.
