Practice Overview

Doug's practice focuses on estate planning and probate matters.

He assists high net wealth individuals in evaluating and implementing personal planning strategies, and advises individuals and professional fiduciaries on estate and trust administration matters. Doug works with clients in a broad range of industries, including high tech, agriculture and commercial real estate. He also acts as a mediator and arbitrator in trust and estate disputes.
