Practice Overview

Brian Cadousteau concentrates in securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. Brian also advises on the federal income tax aspects of executive compensation matters, including non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements (Section 409A), golden parachute payments (Section 280G), and change-in-control arrangements.

Prior to joining Stokes Lawrence, Brian practiced with the Seattle office of Deloitte (US) LLP. He was also a judicial extern for Hon. Ricardo Martinez, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, playing/watching sports, and exploring the food scene in Seattle and abroad.
