We value and respect diversity within our firm and our community. To this end, we are committed to a variety of initiatives for the promotion of diversity at both the firm and individual levels. We have instituted a minority scholarship program for first year law students, and meet with students throughout the year to promote education and mentorship in the legal profession. All of our employees and attorneys participate in a cultural sensitivity training program designed to promote respect for individual differences. We support as a firm, and encourage our attorneys’ and staff’s involvement with a variety of diverse legal and community-based organizations.
