  Directions to our Seattle Office:
  We are located in the 800 Fifth Avenue Plaza Building (also called Bank of America Fifth Avenue Plaza) on the corner of Fifth Avenue and Marion Street. 800 Fifth Avenue Plaza occupies the block between Sixth (east) and Fifth Avenues (west) and Marion (north) and Columbia (south) Streets. The main pedestrian entrance to the building is on Fifth Avenue. The firm's reception is on the 40th floor.

  The building's parking entrance is on Columbia Street, between Sixth and Fifth Avenues. Please Note: there is a 6'2" height restriction on vehicles entering the garage. There is metered parking on the street and several garages and parking lots on Columbia Street, between First and Second Avenues, and on Fourth Avenue. Columbia Street is located south of Marion. It is a one-way street heading west, toward the waterfront. Fourth Avenue is one-way, northbound.

  I-5 Northbound:
  Take the Madison Street exit and turn left on Madison at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp. Go left (west) over I-5 and turn left on Fifth Avenue. 800 Fifth Avenue Plaza is one block down, on the left-hand side of the street, at the southeast corner of Marion and Fifth. To park in the building garage, take a left on Marion and then a right on Sixth at the top of the hill and then another right on Columbia. The garage entrance is on your right at mid-block. Park and take the elevators to the lobby. Once in the lobby, take the bank of elevators that go to the 40th floor.

  I-5 Southbound:
  Take the James Street exit at Exit #165A. Take the ramp (right) onto 6th Avenue, heading toward James Street. Turn right, almost immediately, onto Columbia Street. 800 Fifth Avenue Plaza is now on your right. To park in the building garage, go half-way down the block and the garage entrance is on your right. Park and take the elevators to the lobby. Once in the lobby, take the bank of elevators that go to the 40th floor.

Turn Left onto N. Naches Avenue. Office is on the right, on the Southwest corner of N. Naches Avenue and ML King Blvd.

  From West Yakima:
  Head East on Yakima Avenue. Turn Left onto N. 1st Street. Turn Right onto West B Street/ML King Blvd. Turn Right onto N. Naches Avenue. Office is on the right, on the Southwest corner of N. Naches Avenue and ML King Blvd.
