Law Office Applications Support Specialist/Helpdesk Technician

We are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic applications support specialist/helpdesk technician to join the information technology team in our Seattle office

This is a full-time, non-exempt position that reports to the firm’s IT Director. Occasional overtime and travel to our Yakima office may be required.

Responsibilities Include:

Support of end users in document production, graphics projects and software trouble-shooting

Assistance with maintenance, configuration, back-up, documentation, inventory, and distribution of equipment

Specific Requirements.  We expect candidates applying for this position will meet most or all of the following expectations:

  • Proficiency in MS Office 2010 or 2016 - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Experience in supporting Windows 7 or Windows 10
  • Experience in using and troubleshooting Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience in working with legal documents
  • Moderate to fast typing speed
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP networks
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to transition efficiently between assignments
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to complete assignments with limited instruction
  • Availability for occasional overtime
  • Occasional travel to our office in Central Washington
  • Experience working in a professional services environment is preferred
