Sean’s representation of businesses covers the entire lifespan of a company – from entity formation, through operation and management, and ultimately sale, merger, or other disposition of the business. Sean also regularly advises clients on commercial real estate transactions. Sean works closely with the firm’s estate planning practice group on tax planning and business succession strategies for families with significant business and real estate interests.
