Before joining the firm, Laura served as an extern for both the Civil Division of the Pierce County Prosecutor's Office and the City of Lake Forest Park.
Prior to attending law school, Laura worked one-on-one with autistic and speech-delayed children, providing behavioral modification therapy in both clinical and in-home settings.
Laura is a sports enthusiast, playing volleyball, summer league softball, and running road races for local and national charities. She also enjoys traveling, and has visited Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, Mexico, England, Ireland, Scotland, Austria, Holland, Kenya, the Bahamas, and the Turks and Caicos Islands. In her spare time, she is teaching herself to play the guitar.
