Laura C. Cunningham
PRACTICE EMPHASIS:
Laura’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, general business transactions, and estate planning.
OTHER EXPERIENCE:
Before joining the firm, Laura served as an extern for both the Civil Division of the Pierce County Prosecutor’s Office and the City of Lake Forest Park.
Prior to attending law school, Laura worked one-on-one with autistic and speech-delayed children, providing behavioral modification therapy in both clinical and in-home settings.
EDUCATION:
Laura obtained her law degree from the University of Washington School of Law, graduating with Honors and Order of the Coif in 2007.
Laura obtained her B.A. in Psychology, summa cum laude, from Claremont McKenna College in 2004, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society. She received the award for “Best Overall Achievement” in Psychology in 2004 from Claremont McKenna College for her achievements in the field from 2000 - 2004.
ADMISSIONS:
Laura is admitted to the Washington State Bar (2007).
RECOGNITION:
Laura was featured in the “New Associate Spotlight” in WASHINGTON LAW & POLITICS, Spring 2008 edition.

PERSONAL INTERESTS:
Laura is a sports enthusiast, playing volleyball, summer league softball, and running road races for local and national charities. She also enjoys traveling, and has visited Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, Mexico, England, Ireland, Scotland, Austria, Holland, and Kenya.
