George has an estate planning, probate and trust practice.
OTHER EXPERIENCE:
Before joining the firm, George was a shareholder with Velikanje, Moore & Shore, P.S. in Yakima.
ACTIVITIES:
George has held many leadership positions in the estate planning bar, including as State Chair of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, Director of the Washington State Bar Association Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust and President of the Yakima County Estate Planning Council.
George is a frequent lecturer on estate planning, trust and estate administration and taxation. His leadership in community affairs has included being president of the Greater Yakima Chamber of Commerce, director of United Way of Yakima, president of the Yakima Area Arboretum, director of Allied Arts Council, and director of the Providence Health Foundation.
HONORS:
George is regularly listed as a Super Lawyer in Washington Law & Politics and in Best Lawyers in America. He has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
EDUCATION:
George obtained his law degree from the University of Washington in 1965 and his B.A. in Law from the University of Washington in 1963.
ADMISSIONS:
George is admitted to the Washington State Bar and the United States District Court, Eastern District of Washington.
