Gail N. Wahrenberger
PRACTICE EMPHASIS:
Gail is a shareholder and practices in the area of domestic relations. Her family law practice focuses on matrimonial litigation, including dissolutions involving complex discovery and valuation issues, child custody disputes, and modifications of child support and parenting plans.
CLIENT CASES:
Represented numerous professionals or their spouses (doctors, lawyers, dentists) in practice valuations.
Represented numerous employees in high tech industries in valuing stock and option interests.
Represented parents in post-decree disputes, including relocation disputes, parenting plan modifications and support adjustments.
OTHER EXPERIENCE:
Prior to joining Stokes Lawrence in 1992, Gail practiced in commercial litigation in a small firm.
ACTIVITIES:
Gail is an active volunteer in the Neighborhood Legal Clinics Program. She is a member of the King County and Washington State (Family Law Section) Bar Associations; Washington State Trial Lawyers Association; and Washington Women Lawyers.
EDUCATION:
Gail received her law degree from the University of Oregon in 1985. She obtained her Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University in 1976 and also attended the University of Colorado at Boulder.
ADMISSIONS:
Gail is admitted to the Washington State Bar (1985) and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.
