Dustin’s practice emphasizes commercial real estate, general business transactions, business formation, and commercial litigation.
OTHER EXPERIENCE:
Prior to joining the firm, Dustin was an associate attorney at Lyon, Weigand, & Gustafson, P.S. in Yakima, Washington, and was a law clerk to the Honorable Edward F. Shea of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington from 2005-2006.
ACTIVITIES:
Dustin is a member of the Yakima Family YMCA’s Board of Directors and an active participant in the United Way of Yakima County’s New Leaders program.
EDUCATION:
Dustin obtained his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 2005 and his B.A. in Political Science from Seattle University in 1999.
ADMISSIONS:
Dustin is admitted to the Washington State Bar and the United State District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Washington.
PERSONAL INTERESTS:
Dustin spends his free time participating in a multitude of local outdoor recreational activities, including hiking, river rafting, downhill skiing, and playing ultimate frisbee.
