Brendan V. Monahan
PRACTICE EMPHASIS:
Brendan has a commercial litigation and trial practice, focusing on complex commercial litigation, labor and employment law, and agriculture law.
OTHER EXPERIENCE:
Before joining the firm, Brendan was a shareholder with Velikanje, Moore & Shore, P.S. in Yakima.
ACTIVITIES:
Brendan serves on the LaSalle High School Board of Trustees, the Heritage University Board of Directors, the Yakima County Volunteer Services Board of Directors, and is past President of the Yakima Greenway Foundation. He is the 2007-08 Yakima County Bar Association Vice President.
EDUCATION:
Brendan obtained his law degree from Boston College Law School in 1992 and his B.A, cum laude, from St. Mary's College of California in 1988, where he majored in the Great Books program.
ADMISSIONS:
Brendan is admitted to the Washington State Bar, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington.
