Aviva has a general litigation practice.

OTHER EXPERIENCE:

Aviva clerked for the Hon. Anne Ellington of the Washington State Court of Appeals from 2005 to 2007. During law school, she served as extern to the Hon. Marsha J. Pechman of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.

ACTIVITIES:

Aviva serves on the Executive Committee of the William L. Dwyer American Inn of Court.

EDUCATION:

Aviva graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 2005. She obtained her B.A. from McGill University.

ADMISSIONS:

Aviva is admitted to the Washington State Bar and U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, and is licensed to practice before the Tulalip Tribal Court.
