Josh represents clients in business and intellectual property disputes, from pre-litigation advising through trial and appeal. His work ranges from complex lawsuits between multi-national companies to managing rock stars’ intellectual property portfolios. Josh brings the same practical, goal-oriented advocacy to family-owned businesses and individuals.
Josh regularly handles intellectual property lawsuits involving claims of trademark and copyright infringement. He also represents clients in contested matters in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Josh’s business and commercial litigation practice ranges from shareholder disputes to allegations of embezzlement and fraud against officers and employees. Frequently, his business and intellectual property practices blend in commercial licensing disputes and allegations of trade secret theft.
Born in Seattle, Josh has experience in Washington’s state and federal courts. He also appears for clients in courts across the country.
